22 Foods to Avoid with Diabetes

Just want to share a useful and important link for my diabetic readers.... Being a diabetic means a constant awareness of what goes into your mouth. There's no other diagnosis where diet and nutrition is so important, it's the number one priority, closely followed by exercise.

Since I have a rather severe diabetes which I control with both pills and insuline, and also have difficulties to excercise due to my other diagnoses, I really need to keep track of what I eat and when. 

It's good to know what you can eat without your blood sugar levels skyrocketing, but it's equally important to be aware of what you should avoid.
