Not exactly the sleeping beauty

As both a diabetic, overweight and dealing with chronic pain, I place this issue on the absolute top of my problem list.

The vicious circle of not being able to sleep – which leads to tiredness and zero energy for that important training your physiotherapist always reminds you about – and then you do some of it anyway to get rid of the bad conscience – which then increases the pain and makes it impossible to sleep ….
