2022 is humming on the last verse, a sad ballad where the verses contain all the sad or upsetting events that have affected us all in some way, and overall the ballad is an ode to the transience of man.
A vulnerability to the ravages of time, a reminder not to take anything for granted....

It has been a shocking and sad year but a new lies ahead,

I think we all wish for a better 2023

but times are hard so we will just have to wait and see

Community instead of division and hatred.

Solidarity with those who suffer, a human touch

to help with what you can whether it's little or much

When most things have been scary and dark,

something positive to say is really difficult to find
